Team Tyrrell announces a long-term partnership with Sir Jackie Stewart OBE’s Race Against Dementia charity

Throughout 2026 and beyond, Team Tyrrell will work to increase awareness of Race Against Dementia’s mission, and to raise funds in support of the charity, which was founded by Sir Jackie Stewart OBE, helping accelerate urgent and innovative approaches to dementia research.

Race Against Dementia supports early-career researchers globally, applying a Formula 1-inspired mindset to accelerate progress through urgency, innovation, and collaboration, to develop treatments and, ultimately, a cure dementia.

As part of Tyrrell’s 2026 programme, the partnership will be brought to life through collaboration at events, and Team Tyrrell will proudly carry Race Against Dementia branding on its racing car, the Tyrrell 012, at major historic racing events including the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique this weekend, and across other key team touchpoints throughout the season.

Sir Jackie Stewart, OBE, three-time Formula 1 World Champion and Founder of Race Against Dementia said “It feels incredibly special for me to be working with Team Tyrrell once again. The history and friendship that we share, represents one of the most important chapters of my motorsport career and to see Tyrrell now supporting Race Against Dementia, through historic racing, is something that I am truly proud of.
